ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.

ADDRESS ERRORS/ INVALID ADDRESSES In Fashion Kids is not liable for customer errors made when entering their address on the order form. Once the order has been placed, we can not guarantee that we can make an address change as the order may have shipped. In Fashion Kids is not responsible for costs to reship to an alternate address. Recipient must be able to receive a USPS SHIPMENT. If a USPS Shipment can not be accepted at the street address or if you live in a remote area, please provide a PO Box number where the order can be shipped. USPS does not ship to all remote street addresses.


CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES:If your order has been placed and you would like to cancel it, we will attempt to accommodate this request at the time we read your email or receive your message. Please note that we may be unable to cancel or change the order if it has already been processed and we are not liable for an inability to accomodate your request to change or cancel the order once the order has been placed.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS/OUT OF STOCK
In Fashion Kids is not liable for items available not at the time of order. We will email if an item is out of stock. form. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we reserve the right to adjust the invoice and ship the remaining items or cancel the order (in the case of a single item not available).

Christmas and Easter clothing, accessories and gifts.


Return within 30 days of order date:
All items that are not in the Special Occasion Wear category, with the exception of non-returnable items listed below.

In order to maintain our low retail prices, shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


ITEM CONDITION: All original tags must be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.)We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation. If shoe box is used as a shipping box, no credit will be given for the return of shoes as they have been rendered unsaleable.


ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable (can be exchanged for another size in the same item if available). For safety reasons underwear, all onesees, swim diapers, undershirts, tights or socks removed from original packaging and wigs are not returnable or exchangeable.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED.


Please note restocking fees on select returns:

HALLOWEEN COSTUME RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY OCT 20th:
Costume returns have a 10% restocking fee applied, unless an exchange order has been placed. Please note your new exchange order number on the return slip, and no restocking fee will be charged. Costumes postmarked after OCT 20th (with the exception of exchanges) will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Special occasion, holiday dresses and halloween costumes are charged a 10% restocking fee only when no exchange order has been placed by the time the return is received. When exchanging an item, please note your new order number on your return packing slip and no restocking fee will be deducted on your return. White formal items, white formal dresses, white communion or flower girl dresses, and white tuxedos and suits are charged a 20% restocking fee if they are returned and are not exchanged for another item or size.


Items returned after the holiday (ie Christmas Dresses and outfits returned AFTER DEC 24th and HALLOWEEN Costumes and outfits returned AFTER OCT 20th will be charged a 30% Restocking Fee if no exchange order was placed by the time the return was received .


Please note if merchandise tags are removed there will be a 30% restocking fee charged. If merchandise is damaged, worn or stained no credit will be given as this renders the garment unsaleable for another customer. CUSTOMERS RETURNING 4 OR MORE ITEMS FROM A SINGLE ORDER(and not exchanging any of them) WILL BE CHARGED A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. This is unfortunately necessary in order to ensure that the greatest selection is possible for all customers.

Please note for orders where a coupon code is used, if that order is later returned, the coupon amount will be deducted from the credit.


GIFTS: The recipient of the gift may return the item with a note as to who the original purchaser was and request store credit. Store credit for the amount of the merchandise will be emailed to the gift recipient in the form of a coupon code to be used online.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
**Duty taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In Fashion Kids will not credit the recipient for refused or undeliverable merchandise.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION:
We reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on file with the credit card company. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing information we request, we reserve the right not to ship the order.

DELIVERY TIMING:
In Fashion Kids is not liable for any inability to achieve an exact specified delivery date or delivery window or for carrier mistakes causing unexpected delivery delays. Please allow ample time to receive your merchandise for important events, including time for alterations or exchanges if needed.


ORDER TRACKING:
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. You will then receive another email with the UPS/USPS tracking # or notification if an item is out of stock for any reason.

SALES TAX: Sales tax is only charged on applicable items shipped within the state of New Jersey.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES:
Errors and omissions will be corrected where discovered, and In Fashion Kids reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Additionally if a shipping error is made or an item is inadvertently left out of a shipment in error, In Fashion Kids reserves the right to either credit the customer for the merchandise or replace item via Ground Shipping. In Fashion Kids is not liable to achieve a deadline or to incur additional or exorbitant shipping expense in order correct a shipping or carrier error. In this instance In Fashion Kids reserves the right to credit the customer for the amount of merchandise involved. Once an order is placed it reflects agreement with our error policy and all of our stated policies on this page.
