EXPRESS ORDERS
Orders shipping to continental U.S. address placed by 10 AM EST from Monday-Friday typically ship out the same business day as long as the item is in stock. If you would like a "Signature Required" Delivery, please request that in the comment section of the order form. A $3.00 charge will be added to your order for this service.
NEXT BUSINESS DAY SERVICE (continental U.S Mon-Fri deliveries - no weekend pickup or delivery):
The charge is $34.99 for orders up to $50.00. All billing information must be correct on the order.
For 2ND BUSINESS DAY ORDERS: (continental U.S. Only) The charge is $18.00 (orders up to $50). Orders received before 10 AM EST time will ship the same day as long as the item is in stock.
ORDER TRACKING: UPS orders can be tracked at www.ups.com or www.usps.com based on the carrier. PLEASE WAIT 36 HOURS AFTER WE SHIP BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE AS TRACKING WILL NOT BE VALID PRIOR TO THAT TIME.
PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESS ERRORS THE CUSTOMER MAKES UPON ENTERING THE ORDER - Please understand if you email after the order has been placed with a change to your shipping address or styles ordered, we will do our very best to make the change, however for timing reasons we may not be able to make the changes requested - even if requested shortly after the order has been placed. In this situation In Fashion Kids is not responsible for making changes to orders after they have been placed, but will do our best if it is still possible to process the change. If the address label has been processed there will be a $4.95 charge to reprocess the label with a new address.
CANCELLATIONS: IMPORTANT - ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED. If the order can be cancelled, we will attempt to accomodate this request with a charge of $2.00 (or more if the shipment has been packed). DESPITE HOW QUICKLY AFTER PLACING THE ORDER YOU EMAIL - THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES THAT ANY ASPECT OF AN ORDER CAN BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED ONCE RECEIVED. We will email customers if the order or part of the order can not be fulfilled - if we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we reserve the right to adjust the invoice and ship the remaining items or cancel the order (in the case of a single item not available).
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We are happy to exchange an item, or accept a return, subject to the following conditions. Please read carefully:
Return Policy
1. All returns require an authorization number. Send an email to sales@infashionkids.com requesting a return within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise -please note the reason for return request. We will reply with a return authorization number and instructions. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Gift wrap charges are not refundable. ALL SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES, SUITS AND HOLIDAY ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE UNLESS A NEW ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED BY THE TIME OF ISSUING CREDIT FOR THE RETURN. SOME OF OUR FORMAL DRESSES WILL HAVE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE - THESE STYLES WILL BE NOTED ON THE DRESS DESCRIPTION
2. Returns must be received by In Fashion Kids by the following dates in order to receive credit:

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable. *** PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons underwear, Baby's Own bodysuits or unionsuits, swim diapers, childrens undershirts or other undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a 10% restocking fee on pajama returns and halloween costume returns returned within the policy timeframe.
HALLOWEEN COSTUME RETURN POLICY
ORDERS PLACED AUG 1- 31 - RETURNS - 10% restocking on costume returns - 20 Days from order date to return. Email for authorization if returning. If exchanging, place your new order online - your new order number is your authorization number - see below.

ORDERS PLACED SEP 1- 15th- EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER COSTUME OR COSTUME SIZE ONLY - NO RETURNS FOR CREDIT -new order must be placed within 7 days of receipt - and return must be received 15 days from order date to receive credit - your new order number is your authorization number (see address above).
ORDERS PLACED SEP 16th - OCT 31 - FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS PLACED DURING THIS TIME PERIOD.
Note: Costume Returns received after Sep 30th will not be credited or returned to customer. FINAL SALE means the merchandise can not be returned or exchanged.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 20 DAYS.
5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE BOX.
Items received without a return authorization will be charged a 10% restocking fee as long as they are received within timeframe noted above.
*-Items received after the return deadline will not be credited except at the discretion of In Fashion Kids. If credit is given a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise amount. Please note if tags are removed there will be a 30% restocking fee charged. If merchandise is damaged, worn or stained no credit will be given. CUSTOMERS RETURNING 3 OR MORE ITEMS FROM A SINGLE ORDER(and not exchanging any of them) WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
PLEASE NOTE: All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ITEMS VIA PARCEL POST AS THIS SERVICE TAKES 1 MONTH TO REACH US AND YOUR RETURN WILL BE LATE. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation.
BOUNCED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
A restocking fee of 25% of the order total or $9.99, whichever is greater also applies to all BOUNCED or REFUSED SHIPMENTS.

4.Once we receive the return, your account will be credited.
1. Email sales@infashionkids.com with your return request. You will receive return instructions via email.
Please note for orders where a coupon code is used, if that order is later returned, the coupon amount will be deducted from the credit.
GIFTS: If the item was received as a gift we will issue a store credit to the recipient only as long as the request for credit is received within 30 days. The recipient of the gift should place the new order online and then request the return authorization.
